
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Felix Zorita and I am a local farmer and professional agronomist in Ventura County.
Born and raised in Spain, I am passionate about traditional Spanish cuisine and fresh produce. While I love the diversity of flavors and menus offered in southern California, I felt the need to further share a taste of “home” from Spain. So, I decided to learn how to grow one of my favorite Spanish tapas right in my own backyard!
Pimientos de Padrón are simple to make, fun to eat and most importantly, delicious. They are widely found all over Spain, but I have yet to see them offered here…until now.
