On The Stove:

Wash the peppers under the tap and drain well to remove excess water.

Heat two or three tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan.

Add the peppers and saute over medium heat, turning occasionally, until the peppers are deflated and golden brown, about ten minutes.

When they are ready, transfer them to a serving platter and add coarse salt or salt flakes on top.

In an Air Fryer:

In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over peppers and toss lightly and evenly to coat.

Set air fryer to 375 degrees and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning once about halfway through.

Place in serving dish and sprinkle with coarse salt to taste.
